How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to deliver to UK addresses within 5 working days. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
How is my order shipped?
We make sure all parcels are sent out on a tracked service. You will receive an email upon despatch with all tracking details so please keep an eye out. If you do not receive a despatch email confirmation containing this tracking number within 5 days of placing your order then please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Where is my order?
Please check your emails for any tracking details that will have been sent upon despatch. Allow 5 working days for orders to be delivered within the UK. Contact us via email at email@example.com if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we will do all we can to ensure your order is with you as soon as possible and are happy to help with any problems that may be causing the delay.
How can I change my shipping address?
Please contact us via email as soon as possible so we can update the shipping address manually. We will be unable to change or edit shipping addresses once your order has been despatched. Failure to notify us in time could lead to delays or package returns in which case shipping costs will be re-charged at full cost.
What payment methods are available?
At the moment, we only accept credit/debit card and PayPal payments.
Is my online payment to you secure?
We use https, an internet standard communication protocol, which uses ssl (secure socket layer), an industry-standard encryption technology, to protect your information as it is transmitted over the internet.
Damages, returns & exchanges
My order arrived damaged, what shall I do?
Please contact via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the broken item(s) and also photos of the packaging you received the order in. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Returns & exchanges
You have 30 days to return/exchange any orders from the date you received it. We cannot offer you a refund/exchange after the 30 day period has passed.
We will only accept returns/exchanges for style boxes with belts that have not been cut, they must be returned to us in original uncut form.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). In the case of an exchange, you will also be re-charged for sending out your new item(s). For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Why isn’t my promotional code working?
Please check your emails as there may be an expiry date to your code. If you are unsure, contact us at email@example.com and we will verify for you.
How to unsubscribe
Please go to the footer of any marketing email you have received from us and click the ‘Unsubscribe’ link. Alternatively you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will manually remove your email address from our system.
